Welcome to the under 11's homepage. Your Age Group Manager and Eagles manager is Mark Lambert . Your Hawks Manager is Shane Khan. ALL officials at Outwood's have to have an approved CRC (DBS) before they can get involved and your Team Manager, at least ,will have to attain a minimum of FA Level 1 coaching qualification. Many Managers and Coaches at Outwood's are higher qualified than this as we support and promote coaching development as far as possible.

The overriding responsibility of every Manager and Coach is to encourage high standards of behaviour in the game and ensure EVERY player reaches their full potential - oh yes, AND enjoy themselves along the way!

Promoting loyalty, commitment, discipline and a sense of 'team' amongst the players is considered more important than any individual match result no matter how important the game.

ALL MANAGERS AND COACHES SHOULD LEAD BY EXAMPLE!
